Order & MOQ
Our standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per size and design. Because tooling and print plates are set up per specification, the MOQ is what makes a run economic for both sides. For a genuine first trial we can discuss smaller quantities.
Yes. Mixed-size containers can be loaded together provided each size meets its own MOQ. Packing lists are issued per size so your customs declaration stays clear.
Both. You can buy cans alone, or take a complete set with valve, actuator and cap matched to your formulation and filling equipment. Taking the full package usually shortens your qualification process considerably.
We manufacture the empty container. For filling we can introduce you to partner filling lines, or work alongside your own filler to make sure the container and the filling equipment are compatible before production starts.
Yes. Unit price reduces as quantity rises because setup costs are spread over more pieces. Send us your forecast volumes and we will quote tiered pricing rather than a single figure.
Samples & Lead Time
Blank samples are free of charge — you only cover the courier cost. Printed samples carry a charge at cost, and that amount is credited against your first bulk order.
Blank samples ship within a few days. Printed samples typically take [7–12] days because plates must be made and colour matched to your reference.
[25–35] days after you approve the pre-production sample. The main variables are quantity, number of print colours and whether a new mould is required.
Often yes. Express slots exist on the line if your specification matches an existing mould. Tell us your deadline first — we will say honestly whether it is achievable rather than accept an order we cannot deliver.
Printing & Customisation
Yes. We issue the correct die-line template for your can dimensions, check your files for trapping and fine-line limits, and return a digital mock-up for approval before any plate is made.
Up to nine colours, plus lacquer or vacuum coating. Offset lithography gives the sharpest result for photographic artwork; silkscreen suits bold solid colours.
Yes, we match against your PMS references. Metal reflects differently from paper, so we always recommend approving a printed metal sample rather than a screen proof for critical colours.
High gloss, matte, pearlescent and metallic. Finishes can be combined within one design — for example a matte body with a metallic logo panel.
Within our manufacturing range, yes. A completely new mould involves tooling cost and a longer lead time, which we will itemise separately so you can decide whether it is worth it.
Quality & Compliance
Every can passes a water-bath leak test before packing. Pressure and burst tests are run on samples from each batch, and the results are recorded against the batch number.
Yes. Management system certificates, material declarations and third-party test reports are available — see the Certificates page, or ask us for a stamped copy for your import file.
Food-grade internal lacquer is available on request. Tell us the filling type and the target market, and we will confirm which coating and declaration you need.
Send us photos and the batch reference. If the goods are confirmed out of specification against the approved sample, we replace them or credit the value — the approval sheet is the reference for that judgement.
Shipping & Payment
EXW, DAP and DDP are the terms we quote most often. If you need another Incoterm, tell us and we will confirm whether it is workable from our side.
[T/T with a deposit and the balance against the bill of lading copy, or L/C at sight.] Other arrangements can be discussed once we have a trading history together.
Cartons on pallets, configured for the stacking strength and transit time of your route, with moisture protection for long sea voyages. Custom packing is available if your warehouse has specific handling constraints.
Yes. We can work with your nominated forwarder, or arrange shipping ourselves and quote you a delivered price. Loading photos and packing lists are sent before the container leaves.
Empty aerosol cans are generally not classified as dangerous goods, but requirements vary by carrier and destination. Tell us the route and we will confirm what documentation your shipment needs.
